Shipping Policy

EU Trend Shop delivers to all 27 countries of the European Union. Our pieces are dispatched from partner warehouses in the EU.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and the item. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Large or handmade items can take longer; if so, this is stated on the product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices are in euro and include VAT. As we ship within the EU, there are no customs duties.

Several items in one order

If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking link.

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or if the tracking shows a problem, contact us at eutrendshopsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it with the carrier.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, please email us photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund. This does not limit your statutory rights.
