Returns & Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order and return an item within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive it, without giving a reason. For orders delivered in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last parcel.

How to return an item

Email us at eutrendshopsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can also use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
We reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as our pieces ship from different partner warehouses.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us that you want to return it.

Condition of returned items

Please pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging. You may handle an item as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by using it beyond what is needed to check it.

Return shipping costs

The cost of sending an item back is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered; in those cases we cover the return.

Refunds

We refund the full amount you paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you sent it. The refund goes to your original payment method at no extra charge.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us photos within 7 days of delivery where possible and we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU law always applies.
